Customers reach out via email or WhatsApp, providing photos/videos to describe the job. We assess if it can be resolved immediately or requires an on-site visit for measurement and a subsequent quote.
For immediate jobs, we agree on a date and time after price approval. For quote-based jobs post-visit, an appointment is set upon quote acceptance.
Our handyman performs the agreed work. Additional tasks, if requested, are discussed and priced, executed same-day if time allows, or scheduled separately with approval.
Extra visits are arranged if the job exceeds initial estimates (e.g., unforeseen issues from photos) or if new tasks are added beyond the original plan.
