Bathroom Renovation II
The second bathroom in this Cabopino apartment was the 'before' photo you see in every listing on the coast: small-format tiles, an old shower enclosure and fittings from another era. Usable — but a waste of the space.
We stripped it fully and rebuilt it with large-format tiles on walls and floor, a walk-in shower, a wall-hung vanity with mirror cabinet and layered modern lighting. Together with the main bathroom renovation in the same building, the apartment now offers two bathrooms at the standard buyers and renters expect.
