Kitchen Renovation

The kitchen in this Calahonda apartment was functional but heavy: dark gloss cabinets, a thick granite worktop and a layout that wasted its best wall. The owner wanted it lighter, warmer and genuinely nicer to cook in — without moving walls unnecessarily.

We removed the old kitchen, adapted the plumbing and electrics to the new layout, and installed warm oak cabinetry with a stone worktop and integrated appliances. New wall and floor finishes tie the room to the rest of the renovation. The apartment now photographs — and rents — like a modern build.
