Terrace Renovation
This terrace in Puerto Banús had two problems that feed each other: a leak somewhere in the build-up, and finishes that had already been damaged by the water. Painting over it — the usual quick fix — would have failed within a season.
Instead we traced the leak to its source and repaired it first, then rebuilt the surface: damaged render cut back and re-applied, walls repainted in full, and the floor re-tiled with exterior porcelain. The result is a clean, watertight terrace that looks like part of a much newer building.
