Bathroom Renovation
This bathroom in Cabopino was a time capsule: wall-to-wall magenta mosaic, an old shower tray and sanitaryware that had seen better decades. The apartment around it was fine — the bathroom was holding the whole property back.
We stripped it to the walls, renewed the plumbing and wiring, waterproofed fully, and rebuilt it as a calm, modern bathroom: a walk-in shower behind a glass screen, a deep green tile feature wall, large-format floor tiles and a floating oak vanity with warm lighting. Same footprint, completely different room.
